Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
By registering for a training session, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that:
- Cancellation requests received 30 or more days before the scheduled training date: Participants are eligible for a full refund of the training fee.
- Cancellation requests received 14–29 days before the scheduled training date: The training fee is non-refundable. However, participants may reschedule their training to a future available date at no additional fee, subject to availability.
- Cancellation requests received less than 14 days before the scheduled training date: The training fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. No rescheduling or refund will be available, and the full training fee will be forfeited.
No-Shows
Participants who do not attend their scheduled training without prior notice will be considered a cancellation within the less-than-14-day period. No refund or rescheduling will be available.
Exceptions
There are no exceptions to this policy unless a training session is canceled by the organizer. In such cases, participants will be notified by email and may be offered a credit or rescheduled training at no additional cost.
